Gentle, nature-based experiences that invite you to slow down, engage the senses and reconnect — with yourself and the natural world. Offered as small group sessions and 1:1 experiences in woodland settings.

Calm, reflective life coaching for times of stress, change or transition. A non-judgemental, compassionate space to slow down, gain clarity and reconnect with what matters most to you.

Sessions are available online, in person and outdoors, depending on the experience and what feels right for you.
