We'll create the headspace for you to focus on what you need, to feel happier and more resilient day to day to manage whatever comes your way!

What's included:

​

• An in depth questionnaire to help lift the lid on what's happening in your world. This will help determine what wellbeing areas you'd like to focus on in our 90 minute coaching call together.

​

• Bespoke actions to move you forward after our first call.

​

• A  45 minute coaching call 2 weeks later, focussing on what has come up for you since our last session and the opportunity to set future actions.

​

• Follow up 2 weeks later for accountability and to discuss progress.

​

Unlimited Messenger / Whats App support between sessions to share wins, ask questions or just a bit of support from me. 

​

There is the option to upgrade to the full ''L.I.F.E' programme afterwards.
